Safety is always our top priority and we have a strong focus on proactive safety audits and a zero harm approach. The wellbeing of our teams is key. As a family business we want all our people to feel a really sense of belonging to the organsiation, to be welcomed and included. Our flat organisational structure supports this connection across our company.

In particular we want to commit to life-long learning. We are proud that many of our people have progressed from apprenticeships right through the organization. We put a lot of effort into engagement with schools, our apprenticeship programmes and want to provide strong ongoing career development accessible for all our people.
